Apple Service and Repair

Call ahead or simply drop off your computer, no appointment necessary. Our Apple Certified Technicians do their best to have your computer diagnosed without delay. Computers are diagnosed within three business days excluding weekends and holidays. If parts are required that we don't have in stock they are generally ordered the same day your computer arrives.
We strive for a 3 (three) day turnaround but sometimes this is not possible
Repair time can take up to 5 (five) days or more depending on part availability and shipping

Apple Warranty Repair

Apple covers your computer for one year from the original purchase date. Hardware part replacement and labour is covered under that warranty. You can optionally purchase an extended warranty aggrement for your equipment that will extend this coverage to three years. Click here for information reguarding the extended warranty. Apple warranty does not cover software coruption or user induced problems.

Out-of Warranty Repairs: hourly bench rate $80/hr

Charged by quarter hour increments after the first hour
